Акцизный сбор в размере 4%, налагаемый на чистый доход с инвестиций всех необлагаемых налогами частных фондов, включая функционирующие фонды, для каждого налогового года, начиная с 31 декабря 1969 г. Чистый доход с инвестиций является суммой, на которую сумма дохода с валовых инвестиций и чистого дохода с прироста капитала превышает определенные разрешенные вычеты.
